SATURDAY, September 9th, 2023, TAEKWONDO TOURNAMENT

Referees: All referees & volunteers must apply online and assemble in the West Valley College Main Gymnasium no later than 8:00 am the day of the tournament, if chosen.  Please contact Grand Master Shim at email:baytkdopenevents@gmail.com  or Grand Master  Kwangil Bae at gmbae@baetkd.com or by phone at (408) 497-5656 for details or express an interest

VIP’s: VIP Badges will be available the day of the tournament with registration form.

 Coaches: All Coaches must register online then passes will be available the day of the tournament and are dependent on the number of participants per school with Registration form (One pass for every 10 students). Otherwise, $40 per coach. Passes must be worn by all coaches on the gym floor.  Coach’s passes may be revoked at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Coach’s Dress code: Coaches are prohibited from wearing jeans, shorts, tank-tops, hat/cap, or slippers while on the arena floor or coaching a competitor. Please follow the official USAT dress code for more detail

Spectators: All spectators (unless a designated VIP, Masters, Referee, or Volunteer) must purchase an admission ticket and may not enter the arena floor at any time. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the tournament.

General Admission:$15 / 5 yrs and under: Free.

Competitors: All registrations must be received by September 6th, 2023.
