SATURDAY, September 13th, 2025, TAEKWONDO TOURNAMENT

TIME EVENT
7:00 – 8:30 A.M. Check-in, all competitors (Registration desk opens)
8:00 – 8:45 A.M. Referee/Volunteer Meeting
9:00 – 9:15 A.M. Opening Ceremony
9:15 – 9:30 A.M. Announcements for Competitor line-up at pre-staging area
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Poomsae / Sparring Competition
11:00 – 12:00 PM World Class Division Weigh-in only for 15–32-Year-Old Black Belt
5:00 PM Closing Ceremony

Important Note: 

  • Athletes must compete in the age category according to the age he/she will be as  of December 31st, 2025.
  • The sparring division for 12-17 and UP black belts will be using the Daedo PSS System.  
  • Athletes in these age divisions are required to bring their own E-foot gear (GEN2).
  • Black Belts who are 8 and up  competing in Poomsae can register for World  Class Black Belt Poomsae.

TOURNAMENT

VIP’s: VIP Badges will be available the day of the tournament with registration form.

 Coaches: All Coaches must register online then passes will be available the day of the tournament and are dependent on the number of participants per school with Registration form (One pass for every 10 students). Otherwise, $40 per coach. Passes must be worn by all coaches on the gym floor.  Coach’s passes may be revoked at the discretion of the Tournament Director. Coach’s Dress code: Coaches are prohibited from wearing jeans, shorts, tank-tops, hat/cap, or slippers while on the arena floor or coaching a competitor. Please follow the official USAT dress code for more detail

Spectators: All spectators (unless a designated VIP, Masters, Referee, or Volunteer) must purchase an admission ticket and may not enter the arena floor at any time. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the tournament.

General Admission:$20 / 5 yrs and under: Free.

Competitors: All registrations must be received by September 11th, 2024.
